In recent years, China's construction industry has developed rapidly. Correspondingly, the rapid development of the construction industry means the rapid exposure of industry problems. Naturally, it also puts more demands on the improvement of the construction industry in more aspects. The focus of cost auditing is the audit of engineering quantity, which breaks the singularity and monopoly of engineering cost, presents diversity, and is basically the competition of engineering unit price. It can be seen that the adjustment of engineering quantity list pricing model has standardized construction industry. The bidding and tendering activities have great significance. The article discusses the demonstration role and practical significance of the adjustment of the construction industry in combination with the adjustment of the current construction industry engineering quantity list pricing model.
