Quantitative Evaluation of Adaptive Learning Systems in Vocational Training

Abstract

The application of adaptive learning systems in vocational training is becoming increasingly widespread, but their effectiveness lacks a systematic quantitative evaluation framework. This article focuses on the quantitative evaluation of adaptive learning systems in vocational training scenarios, and discusses it from three levels: theoretical basis, indicator system, and implementation path. Firstly, the operational logic of the adaptive learning system and the adaptation basis for vocational training needs were analyzed; secondly, a three-dimensional quantitative evaluation index system covering the learning process, learning outcomes, and user experience was constructed, and the logical relationships between each dimension were explained; finally, the implementation path of quantitative evaluation was clarified from four aspects: data sources, evaluation timing, data processing, and analysis framework. The study provides a reference evaluation methodology for vocational training institutions to introduce adaptive learning systems, which helps to promote personalized training from a conceptual approach to measurable and comparable practical operations.
