Abstract

Private Colleges and universities have created a stage for many students to show their talents, cultivated a batch of talents, and made great contributions to the cultivation of talents in China. They are an integral part of higher education in China. In recent years, private colleges and universities have developed rapidly in our country, which affects the construction and development of education in our country. China has increasingly paid attention to the teaching quality of private colleges and universities. The concept of "people-oriented" has far-reaching ideological value and is the new connotation of China's higher education reform in the new era. This concept has played an important role in the educational growth and teaching management of private colleges and universities in China. This paper focuses on the penetration of the "people-oriented" concept in the student management of private colleges and universities.
